Andrew Dodson suffered an injury to his head last week after being tackled by a teammate during a scrimmage.

Andrew Dodson, a Kentucky high school football player, died last week after being hurt during a scrimmage game with his team.

The Kentucky High School Athletic Association confirmed the tight end's death on Monday, three days after he was sent to the hospital with a head injury sustained during a tackle.
