A great bodyweight workout is the pushup. They don't require any equipment, train your shoulders, chest, triceps, and core, and allow for different levels of growth.
Exercises like squats are essential for building muscle in your lower body. Your feet should be hip-width apart while starting a standard squat.
Another excellent lower body exercise to strengthen the glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings is the lunge.
Equipment is theoretically required for pull-ups since you need something to hold onto in order to pull yourself up. Suitable bars for pull-ups are frequently seen in play structures or public parks.
Unbelievably, exercising intense sprints and comparable exercises helps the lower body gain muscle in a way that is similar to resistance training.
By increasing your sprint distance or pace, you may advance very easily as well. I advise doing five to ten sprints overall every exercise, beginning with 40-meter sprints.
It's difficult to do a squat, often known as a "pistol squat," on one leg. But, because you may support your full weight on only one leg,
it significantly improves your capacity to continue developing your legs' muscles once ordinary squats become too simple to effectively promote additional muscle growth.
Handstand pushups are the final exercise on my list of the greatest workouts for guys to gain muscle without equipment. To be completely honest, most people cannot afford them.
Yet, they are a highly efficient approach to develop muscle in your shoulders and chest if you get to the point where you can complete this exercise.
